An eye on 2012 with Brian Solis

Brian has just posted this video captured by the brilliant team at 99faces (seriously, well worth a look) about where he sees the future of the social web and how it influences our everyday lives. 

It’s really worth a watch and interesting for, quite simply the following reason: The future of the social web is not about the tech, it’s about the people that use the tech of the web. It’s about the integrity of the organisations that provide content for it. It’s about organisations beginning to USE the very same principles they use for external comms to begin talking to each other inside the organisation.
